Notes: Image released for One City Apartment Building | development

Phoenix-based Alliance Residential Co. has completed a detailed color rendering of its future Broadstone One City, which is said to be under development from which its name is derived.

The groundbreaking ceremony for the project will take place this year, and construction is expected to be completed in spring 2023, according to a press release. Planned Ritz-Carlton project is progressing

Efforts to redevelop a SoBro site with a Ritz-Carlton have taken a step forward with the application for a permit to determine water and wastewater availability.
